Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all photo shoot contracts with The Natural Photo.
Please read them carefully before your scheduled photo shoot.

Copyright and Usage

Photographer (Shannon Tunks dba The Natural Photo, hereafter referred to as "Photographer") will retain full copyright of all photos taken. By purchasing a photo (print or digital/electronic copy), the purchaser (hereafter referred to as "Client") is entitled to limited use rights. These rights include full personal use of images purchased. Images may be shared with family and friends via print or electronically. Photos may be printed by Client or by an outside source. Photos may be uploaded to an outside website, however if purchased photos are used for public consumption of any kind, photo credit must be given to Photographer. Purchasing photos does not in any way entitle Client to sell Photographer's images or to use the images for any commercial purpose whatsoever. (Translation: If you purchase prints or photo CD's from me, you can do just about anything you want with those photos - EXCEPT sell them, even if the photos contain images of you and/or your family.)

Photographer retains the right to use any and all images obtained during photo shoots for promotional and/or advertising purposes. Any image taken during these sessions may appear in print or online as examples of Photographer's work or for other promotional uses. Further, Photographer retains the right to alter and/or enhance all photos in any way.

Model Releases

Broad-term model releases will be provided upon contracting The Natural Photo to conduct a photo shoot. These releases must be signed by each participant prior to the start of the scheduled photo shoot. If a participant is under the age of 18, the release must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Payment

Payment for photo shoots is due in full at the scheduled time of the event. Payment may be made by cash, check or money order. Credit card payments are not currently accepted, except via PayPal. All PayPal payments must be received prior to the scheduled photo shoot.
Packages, á la carte items, and accessories may be ordered and paid for after the photo shoot is completed and images are posted online. All previously mentioned payment methods apply.
