Orders - I am currently working on incorporating a shopping cart feature to make orders easier. Until that time, please send all order requests to orders@thenaturalphoto.com.
- Please include the order number whenever possible.
- If you would like a print of any photo that does not have an order number, please include the page you wish to order from and a description of the image you want.
- You will also need to include your domestic zip code or international postal code so that shipping charges can be accurately calculated.
- You will receive a response within 24 hours verifying your order. This e-mail will include a breakdown of all items ordered with individual pricing as well as shipping charges.
- Sales tax (7.75%) will be added to all California sales.
- PLEASE NOTE: Do Not make a payment until you have recieved your order confirmation!!

Shipping - Shipping will only be applied to applicable orders. If you are a local customer, delivery or pick-up can be arranged upon request.
- Shipping is available domestically and internationally.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on order quantity and shipping location and will appear in your order confrimation.
- Orders will generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of full payment.
- All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail unless otherwise requested in your original order e-mail.
- Shipping charges will include delivery confirmation and shipping insurance. Your tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provide in your original order e-mail on the day that your order ships.

Payments Once you receive your order confirmation as described above, payment can be made in any of the following ways:

PayPal - Send payment to "thenaturalphoto@gmail.com" with your PayPal account

Credit Card - Payments can also be made to "thenaturalphoto@gmail.com" via PayPal with your credit card

Money Order/Cashier's Check - If you wish to pay using a money order or cashier's check, please indicate this option in your original order e-mail. These can be made payable to "The Natural Photo". Please note that using this payment option will delay shipping until payment is received.

Personal Check - If you wish to send a personal check as payment, please indicate this option in your original order e-mail. Checks can be made payable to "The Natural Photo". Please note that using this payment option will delay shipping until your check has cleared the bank.

Returns I would love to believe that every order filled will be perfect, every customer completely satisfied, and no product ever damaged during shipping - and I will strive every day to make this a reality. But I realize that there may come a time when circumstances will dictate that a return is necessary.
Therefore, I have developed the following return policy:
- Contact must be made regarding a potential return within 5 business days of receiving your order. An e-mail detailing the reason for your return request should be sent to returns@thenaturalphoto.com.
- Damaged items will be replaced free of charge. The item must be returned to The Natural Photo so that the damage can be inspected and a claim filed with the shipper. Once the returned item is received, your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days. Please include a receipt for all shipping charges you incur as a result of such a reutrn. A credit towards future purchase(s) and/or services from The Natural Photo will be issued in that amount as compensation.
- All other returns will be reviewed and handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the majority of return claims will be processed in the manner outlined above. Any deviation from this policy will be decided upon and agreed to in writing by both parties before any action is taken.

Exchanges - Exchanges can be made for any reason other than damaged merchandise.
- A detailed exchange request must be sent to returns@thenaturalphoto.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must then be returned to The Natural Photo. The replacement item will be sent out within 2 business days of the returned item being received in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.
- When an equal exchange is made (replacement item is of the same value as the original item), each party is responsible for shipping charges incurred. No extra charge or credit of any kind will be issued.
- If you wish to exchange your original item for an item of lesser value, a credit toward future purchase(s) and/or services from The Natural Photo in the amount of the difference in value will be issued as compensation. Each party is responsible for shipping charges incurred.
- If you wish to exchange your original item for an item of greater value, an invoice will be issued for the cost difference between the two items as well as any additional shipping charges incurred due to the difference in value. (Example - exchanging an unframed print for a framed print.)
